Experience:  Crossfire was founded in 2004 by Gregory Karr, a former vice president of Nicor.  In 2008, Crossfire was certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission and was among the first companies in the State to meet the requirements to be an electricity advisor and broker pursuant to .  Natural gas 

Executive profile:  Gregory Karr is current President of Crossfire and is a veteran of the energy industry having spent 20+ years in corporate.  He has held positions of Vice President of Nicor Energy, sister company of Nicor Gas, Executive Director for Washington Gas Energy Services, sister company of Washington Gas out of D.C., Director of Business Development for Amoco and many others notable firms.  In addition to his corporate experience he was president of AmAudit a utility auditing firm for governmental clients for 17+ years.  AmAudit was a privately held firm where Mr. Karr was managing partner.  He holds a BS in geology and an MBA.
